WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

We strive to ship orders as swift and promptly as possible!

It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days (excluding holidays & Sat-Sun) to process your order before it is shipped. Shipping will usually take anywhere from 1-5 days to be delivered and this is dependent upon the shipping options you chose during checkout.

​BODY BUTTERS AND OTHER PRODUCTS

During hotter months of the year body butters and other products can melt during the shipping process. As a solution, during those months we package your body butters and other products with climate control wrapping and sometimes we will include ice packs. To avoid issues related to heat, preparing and shipping orders during hotter months can take additional time to ship. This is to help ensure that our orders are not sitting in excessive heat especially over the weekend.

​We do not ship packages on the weekend or the day before holidays.

In the unfortunate event that your package is considered lost during transit, first reach out to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for assistance.
