IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking details will be sent to the email that was given at the time the order was made.  Be sure to check all inboxes for this information.  If for any reason, shipping is delayed or you have not received this information to date, email info@sugarsweetbathtreats.com and someone will reply to you shortly.

​​HOW IS PAYMENT PROCESSED?

All payments are processed when the order is placed, as with any online purchase. Orders do not ship until full payment has been received. 

​REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the nature of products, there are no returns or refunds on our bath and body products, this includes private label/custom orders for any reason. ​

​WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?

For best results, use the product within 6 mos. of purchasing. Our products should be stored in a room where it is not hot, humid, or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

Bath bombs do not necessarily have a "shelf life", as they will always perform the same, however, fragrance strength and color diminishes over time. DO NOT expose your bath bombs or soaps to high humidity or direct sunlight.  This will cause unwanted moisture residue, condensation, or fading of colorants and fragrance.
